Horrible customer service. Doesn’t communicate. They don’t even answer the phone most of the time. I spoke to the owner twice and she wasn’t very knowledgeable at all. The sad thing is we were recommended to them by a friend of the owner and they still couldn’t contact us. If you want printing done contact Terry at e-arc.com.

Horrible service, they were good till you paid them. But if You have problem with you're sign, you won't see them again. Nothing but excuses. I would give them 0 stars if available.
