Learn about Ryan M. Clancy, DMD, MAGD, FPFA, LVIF, who first joined Divine Smiles in 2004, following his honorable discharge from the United States Army. He became a partner in 2010, and finally bought the practice in 2013. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to create a warm, welcoming practice for patients in and around the Boston area.

Outstanding, painless care! All of the staff at Divine Smiles are so warm and friendly and put you at ease as soon as you enter the office (and we all know that going to the dentist isn't really something we enjoy doing, but it is so important for our health & healthy smile). Dr Clancy is just a wizard with his knowledge and state-of-the-art equipment. He is able to take care of most problems within one visit, instead of several. I've rarely felt any discomfort under his care, including the administering of numbing medicine before a procedure. I highly recommend Divine Smiles!

I have been going to Dr. Clancy and his team for several years now and can say that I have NEVER had a bad experience. I have had everything done ranging from cleanings to implants and never once was I anxious about having the work done because I knew Dr. Clancy and his team would do everything to make the experience as seemless and quick as possible. I love how he has given his staff the opportunities to train and be able to take care of so many procedures! Danielle, Lesley, Kat are experts at what they do!
His office manager Taylor is also exceptional!
As a semi retired teacher I appreciate that everyone at this practice is up to date on all the most advanced technology and put the patients’ safety snd comfort

Divine smiles is a wonderful dental office! Every staff member is so accommodating and caring. You always feel comfortable and confident that all staff members are doing a superb job! Dr Clancy goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and un afraid of any procedure. I am the first person to admit my fears when going to the dentist and I’m soon at ease when Dr Clancy is working on my teeth!

From the moment I walked in for my first visit to every visit I am always greeted with a smile and with the best customer service atmosphere. Taylor remembers my name each time I walk in. To Leslie and Kat making me feel comfortable and walking me through everything step by step. Everyone is so professional yet personable at the same time. Thank you Dr. Clancy for the time you took with my daughter preparing us for and completing her appointment today. The fact that She had cavities filled, a Frenectomy with laser & her next Invisalign trays fitted was incredible! She will be ready for field hockey try outs next week. I had a wonderful experience at Divine Smiles. I went into the office for a cleaning. I immediately noticed the calming music and calming environment.
The entire team helped create a wonderful and pleasant atmosphere. The exam was thorough, which I loved. Intraorals and bite wings were taken. The dental hygienist was very professional, friendly and helpful. She immediately helped me feel at ease.
Dr Clancy genuinely cared and wanted to answer all of my questions. The entire team cared about my oral health, and helped disarm me so I could actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned.

I can't say enough great things about this office. The front desk has always been helpful if I've had an issue. I generally see Leslie for my cleanings she is efficient and caring. She has a great personality. Although I haven't needed work done by Dr. Clancy I would believe he is genuine just from how he treats his staff and me when I've seen him for an exam.

Another 5 stars! Making the decision to have an implant is not easy. They are expensive and invasive. Sometimes though, it's the way to go. This visit had me seeing Dr. Martins for the implant. She is the dental surgeon on-staff at CED and, just like every other person encountered with this practice, she was awesome! I started off with Vici for impressions.She does a great job with talking you through and getting it done with humor. Next stop, Kat, who explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Be very careful if you are cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. When they say 24 hours they are not joking. I had a wicked cold and sore throat so I called the day before my appointment to postpone it. Obviously it was under 24 hours notice (probably 22 hours) so I got whacked with a $100 fee. NOT negotiable. If they had told me that when I called to cancel I would've kept the appointment and shared my germs with them .

I'm not usually the type to write a negative review, but I have been so upset by this particular experience that I am going to share it in hopes to deter others from encountering a similar experience from Dr. Clancy's office and staff. I've read more and more negative reviews on various websites for this dental office that I'm no longer surprised I received such negative treatment from staff. Been coming here for years, and I've always liked Drs. Lentine and Clancy and the hygienists. Unfortunately, the last time I came for an appointment I was turned away because I was 5 minutes late and had not filled out my paperwork. I asked if I could turn in the paperwork after the office visit, but that wasn't an option. I would have been less upset if it hadn't been snowing like crazy out and if I had been prepared to deal with the newly-installed parking meters in Medford Square which made me late. My husband and I were patients of Dr Lentini, but since his departure the office has gone downhill. I was ill with the stomach flu and had tried to reschedule my appointment and the receptionist told me "the hygienist wear gloves and masks so it is up to you if you want to come in. If you do not you will be charged a $58 late fee". I could not believe the poor service from Dr. Clancys staff. I tried reaching out to him to speak with him directly several times, but received no response. We took our business elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend this dentist office to anyone!

Sorry - this place has never been the same since the original Dentist Dr. Lentini left.
The office staff is rude - not pleasant. There is no parking - its a congested street.
I put up with the parking situation only because I really liked Dr. Lentini.
There is no reason to to put up with the parking now especially since the office staff is just plain rude - not welcoming. I work for a doctors office and I know how to make a patient feel welcomed and comfortable. Too many Dentist offices around to put up with this type.
I took my business elsewhere!!
