At Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab, we use hands-on, manual therapy and skillfully designed exercise programs to produce real and long-lasting results. If you have musculoskeletal issues that you know need to be addressed, but you're not quite sure what needs to be done, a free pain consultation with a physical therapist is the first step to determining if physical therapy is right for you.

If it is determined that physical therapy isn't right for you, we will make an appropriate referral to another health care provider. If physical therapy is right for you, we will discuss how physical therapy can help and schedule you for a full initial evaluation. Our physical therapists use evidence-based, proven techniques to ensure the best results for our patients.

Dr. Jonathan Aldrich has helped me with my chronic pain over the last year. He listens so well to what I need and respects my opinion. He has helped me to not only manage but improve my pain that has been fairly stagnant for 12 years. I would 1000% recommend him with any injury.

Professional, timely and succinct with my issue. Greeted by name upon entry and my therapy session happens on time and within the parameters I was told it would.

You do not get the same physical therapist at every visit. I like the same person for consistency and familiarity.

They are all very nice and good at their jobs. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into my therapy. And they are concerned about how I'm feeling. Whether I'm hurting or feeling good. They don't push me too hard.

Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab provided excellent physical therapy for my broken ankle. The staff here is amazing. I visited here during the CoVid pandemic and I was very impressed with their protocols for keeping their clients and staff as safe as possible. Nicely done.

Excellent customer service and PT support. I've really enjoyed my time at Peak! They have been incredibly supportive and provided excellent care. I've had a tricky schedule and the PT specialist has gone out of her way to fit my schedule. The care has been excellent. They are also able to provide alternative care treatments which is GREAT! Strongly recommend.

I have had several occasions to need physical therapy, preceding and following both a hip replacement and back surgery. PEAK is the best. Their personnel are most knowledgeable and have treated me with great kindness as well as improved my health. They also know their limitations and referred me to a top-rated back surgeon, who helped resolve issues with my vertebrae. I am grateful for PEAK. THOMAS C. MORRISON Helena, MT
