At Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab, we use hands-on, manual therapy and skillfully designed exercise programs to produce real and long-lasting results. If you have musculoskeletal issues that you know need to be addressed, but you're not quite sure what needs to be done, a free pain consultation with a physical therapist is the first step to determining if physical therapy is right for you.
If it is determined that physical therapy isn't right for you, we will make an appropriate referral to another health care provider. If physical therapy is right for you, we will discuss how physical therapy can help and schedule you for a full initial evaluation. Our physical therapists use evidence-based, proven techniques to ensure the best results for our patients.

Excellent customer service and PT support. I've really enjoyed my time at Peak! They have been incredibly supportive and provided excellent care. I've had a tricky schedule and the PT specialist has gone out of her way to fit my schedule. The care has been excellent. They are also able to provide alternative care treatments which is GREAT! Strongly recommend.

I have had several occasions to need physical therapy, preceding and following both a hip replacement and back surgery. PEAK is the best. Their personnel are most knowledgeable and have treated me with great kindness as well as improved my health. They also know their limitations and referred me to a top-rated back surgeon, who helped resolve issues with my vertebrae. I am grateful for PEAK. THOMAS C. MORRISON Helena, MT
