Have been Electrical Sub Contractor for this Company for a few years, actually did the electrical for there new sign 2 years ago at there property, gave them 50% discount on directional Bore for underground and
electrical materials for sign. Have also worked on there building electrical and shop wiring, thought I had a good relationship with Max and sales staff. Did new sign job for them, job was Insurance claim and completed promptly and efficiently this last October, have sent several e-mails and phone calls with final invoice to Max with no response, don’t understand how you build a relationship

Gordon did an incredible job on the sign that was fabricated and installed at our company at 2911 Walnut St! From beginning to end they were incredibly professional and had multiple meetings with us to answer all questions we may have. The sign turned out even better than we imagined and we would recommend their work to anyone in the Denver area!

Feeling welcomed even when walking out of the door. I have found the staff most personable and effective at doing what Gordon Sign Has Veen doing for 110 year's now. I was shocked to find out they were the first at making signs in America. YOU'D have to go in yourself to see how this business grew to become known for it's satisfied customers. As I did!

I am currently working 3 projects with Gordon Sign and their responsiveness has been nothing more than exceptional, not to mention the quality of their work and all the updates I get while installs are taking place. It is an extreme pleasure working with them and I look forward to a long working relationship with such a great company.

Extremely disappointed with our experience with Gordon Sign. We should have read the other reviews (Yelp and YP) before doing business. The sales guy was much for frustrating than helpful. Constantly forgetting details and requests. Had several additions to the estimate for basic, predictable things after we repeatedly asked for the total up front. When the sign did get installed, about 8 weeks after promised, seams were out of line and letters weren't working. They were not easy to work with at all. Keep shopping for another sign company.

After meeting with them to discuss 4 new signs for our building we received no information from them for 4 weeks. When we called them we were told the art department was backed up and they would have a bid in the next few days. 2 weeks later still no contact from them. When we called our sales rep was out of the office and no one else was available to speak to us. When the sales manager called back they said they couldn't find our order and we would have to wait for our sales person to get back in the office. Very unfortunate. We went through a process with them that resulted in signs that are not legible in the day time. Instead of working to resolve my issue they wanted to charge another $680 to fix the signs they designed. Additionally, one of the letters did not light up. It took three weeks to fix and they sent me an invoice for $160 to repair it.

Unbelievably horrible. Ordered a sign in early January. Rep estimated 3 wks to install. 2wks later, I called to inquire on install date. They 'lost' the order, apologized and started over. Then the rep became completely unresponsive. Bewildered and angry, I followed up with the Sales Director in Denver. He apologized, admitted there was no excuse for such behavior, and said he'd personally handle. We proceeded to approve artwork proofs and then he too became totally unresponsive. Bar none - the most UNPROFESSIONAL dealings we've had in a long while.

Worst company I have dealt with while owning my business. I am very unsatisfied with my business sign, and was treated very disrespectfully when I had questions after installation. Installation was postponed for 2 weeks+, which directly affected my business and traffic. I could not get a response from anyone when I had questions on my invoice. When I finally received a call back after 4 months, I was not offered any apologies for how I was treated. Apparently customer service is not a priority for Gordon Sign. I will NOT be recommending this business to anyone.
