There are many great things to say about Dr. Singer and his team, but I will mention the top three. One - Dr. Singer does an outstanding thorough work; Two - His staff is friendly and always accommodating to your needs. Three - Dr. Singer is an artist. Singer Orthodontics is awesome, the staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Singer and staff are great with my son, he makes both him and I comfortable and is very informative on the process, what has been done and what is being done. Dr. Singer may be an experienced orthodontist and he may do great work (although we don't know this because after several years of observation he did not start treatment on our daughter -- based on his clinical judgment) his front office staff is terrible. Dr. Singer recommended a treatment for our daughter that would require an oral surgeon. After moving out of the area, but still driving about 35-40 minutes to Dr. Singer, we decided this would be a good time to seek a second opinion from another orthodontist closer to our home. The new orthodontist started treatment for our daughter right

I recently received this email threatening litigation for my review on Yelp. When I responded she said she wasn't a litigation lawyer and asked what we could do to fix this. I said "Give me a refund." And have not heard back since. No apologies for the way I was treated, just a threat of litigation and bullying me into removing my review. No. Here is a copy of the email. If you like hot coffee, tea, hot chocolate, donuts, muffins and arcade games while you wait then this is your dentist!!
It's definitely on the pricier side compared to other Ortho's but you pay for what you get.
We couldn't be more happy with the office, the convenience of the scheduling and the cleanliness of Dr Singers office!
Both of sons smiles are on point and beautifully straight. It took a little longer but so worth their confidence and handsome smiles!
