I gave it 1 stars because Tom came out right away when I had no AC in the middle of the summer. I trusted his word when I asked if I could use my existing duct work since I am a teacher and do not get paid in the summer. I was told yes. Had issues with heat he called back said my voicemail was full. I checked it it was fine. I finally got to talk to him a week laterj when he answered my email. I asked when he could fix it. I thought the new system was attached to the old. You would think right? Wrong....and was told he would not come out to fix it and it would be about 600 for a repair and 3500
