I am a renter, and my landlord is in the process of selling the house. This inspector came into my apartment while I was home alone, verbally accosted me, refused to provide his name, and was aggressive and intimidating. He has anger issues and is dangerous; he is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Do not hire this man. He is also not CPI certified or a member of interNACHI despite falsely advertising that he has such credentials.
