Worst customer service in the world. They have my car, nobody calls me and when I call the receptionist never hear me and transfer my call yo a girl called Karla from Geico but I couldn't talk to her so I don't know what's going on with my car. Awesome team.

They are the antithesis of customer service. Since I know the low IQ employees who work there won't understand the meaning of the word. I'll do them the favor (even though they don't deserve it) and explain. They lack any form of proper customer service. I interacted with a total of four individuals. All of which seemd lost, unprofessional and rude. They made no effort to listen or attempt to troubleshoot what was clearly a simple scheduling issue. Their responses were far from articulate even when I suggested possible solutions. It was clear that they just didn't want to provide service and were

Don’t really do reviews but thought I had to put my 2 cents in. Today is Saturday and they called me Thursday that my car was ready. I told them Saturday I will pick it up. On my way Saturday to pick it up they called me to make sure I was picking it up and told them I was on the way. So as I showed up they made me wait outside for 2 hours. All I heard was I am sorry I am sorry. No sorry. I have a very busy schedule which I told them and all I can see is everyone on their phone checking their Facebook and Instagram.

Horrible I called and they said I didn't need an appointment just bring in the car when you want broken 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and when I get there today they told me that I need an appointment that I got to come next week unacceptable

I will never bring my car to the center again not only did the adjuster never call me her name was Monica but , when vehicle was done south motors had damaged my vehicle more and At first did not want to assume responsibility but after doing research they had no choice even though the car was fixed the hassle was worth never coming here again. The manager Lewis is very unprofessional and ghetto.

04/2021, bought brand new BMW SUV X Series. In June, another driver ran stop sign. Took my car to BMW Collision center. A complete Disaster. When I got my car back, an entire big piece was missing under the engine compartment. They painted side of the car with slight different matching tone of white. Unaligned trunk and Plus. Extremely disappointed. Had to take car again to fix what it was wrongly done. A Bad experience.

I recently had my car serviced here and this is the second time I have done business with South Motors collision center and I am truly satisfied. My car needed alot of work and was in the repair shop close to two weeks and Carmen made sure to keep me posted every step of the way. When I arrived to pick my car up I was greeted by Ivy who was extremely pleasant and Carmen as my adviser explained all the details of the paperwork. The service was fast and friendly and I received my car SPOTLESS and like NEW. Thank you Carmen boo !
