As clients, we've been frustrated when large, traditional agencies develop a big, beautiful strategy or ad campaign with no plan on how to implement it.
Large agencies often wine and dine clients during a kickoff meeting, only to hand the work off to an inaccessible design or development department. Or worse, an intern. And don't get us started on big agency prices. Sparks and Fuel was born out of a desire to do better. As tactical marketers, not only do we work with clients to develop a strategy to meet the business objectives, but we personally implement and execute each piece.

Sasha and Erin did a fantastic job migrating our site to Shopify. They did all the heavy lifting for us. We ended up with a new site that was much easier to manage and much easier for our customers to transact on. Sasha and Erin made sure the migration and go-live were seamless for us. I would give them 10 stars, but 5 seems to be the limit! Sasha is a WordPress guru! I explain below...
I was working with another web developer for a month on a new site and was getting very perturbed with lack of responsiveness, failure to complete to-do lists, little to no testing, and failure to read emails of what was needed in detail (took 4 messages to get him to give me an update on hours worked!)

My dog training business has been around for over 10 years and during that time I was a hardcore ‘Do it yourselfer’ when it came to my website. And it showed! I needed to up my game to attract the clients I wanted and the website was the first step.
