Diaz Hardwood Floors did an excellent job repairing the mess left behind by our General Contractor. They were able to start work within a week's time and were able to complete repair high traffic areas to a beautiful finish and also made repairs to several other areas that we didn't believe could be repaired. The finish is floor is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. So glad we found Diaz Hardwood Floors and we would highly recommend them.

I reached out to Diaz Hardwood to have some old glued down engineered wood removed from my OSB subfloor.
I was in touch with Treisy and she was so responsive in helping me get a quote and get things coordinated.
The team arrived and had the floors removed in about 3 hours and came back a few days later to do flooring repar and prep.
They did a fantastic job! Professional, fairly priced, and showed up when they said they would.

Beautiful work. Our main level has been transformed. Diaz added hardwoods to previously carpeted areas and restained all the existing wood. You'd never know it wasn't always all wood. We are very pleased with our beautiful floors. Very happy with process from estimate to completion. Now, about those cabinets....

Diaz Hardwood Floors was quick to respond, schedule and do the work. I had three companies come and give us an estimate and they were the lowest and felt it was a fair price for installing hardwood floors. They were efficient, asked questions as they worked for what our preferences were and did high quality work. They sanded the floors beforehand to make them even and cleaned up after themselves. They quickly added on a repair job for some existing flooring for the very next day. I have already recommended them to neighbors and will continue to do in the future for anyone needing new flooring.

Mr. Diaz is flexible and easy to work with and his price is reasonable. I had new hardwood floors installed and existing hardwood floors cleaned and re-coated. The work that his team did on my unit before I moved in did not meet my expectations. They did not remove the stripping from the bottom of my entry door and it smeared the polyurethane. Even though they returned to correct it they did not do a good job and it is still visible.
They also got glue and black smudges on the wall and baseboards where they installed the new floors. One of the blinds would not go up so they pushed it in
