Started with bread basket they serve with salted honey butter that was so good! It set the tone for our meal! Next we shared the charcuterie board and husband had shrimp bisque. He loved the soup and said he could have been happy with another bowl of it. And, I said I could have been happy w the charcuterie l. But, we didn't! We both had prime rib w whipped potatoes and Brussels sprouts and it was the best prime rib I've had. Anne was our server and she was attentive without being intrusive and so personable. Finally they had a violin soloist that we really enjoyed. For our two entrees

Food was spot on, service was impeccable! We started with a bread basket and salted honey butter. That bite of salt contrasting with the honey was unexpected. We shared the charcuterie board and hubby had shrimp bisque which he raved on. I enjoyed all of the charcuterie and got to try some things I wouldn’t normally eat. We both had prime rib entrees, seasoned and seared on both sides at our request. It was the best prime rib I’ve ever had! Husband didn’t even use the au jus or horseradish! The potatoes and Brussels sprouts were exceptional too. We were there on New Years Eve and they had

Make reservations and enjoy this lively and vibrant atmosphere that offers great food along with it. The food did not lack in any flavor and the drinks were perfection. Short ribs were tender and rich and the shrimp and grits weren't lacking in anything. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because it could have been a little less sauce in the shrimp and grits because it took away from the great grit texture we love. Also too much inedible fat on the short ribs. Could have been trimmed a little better for a better eating experience. With that being said, I would frequent again and enjoy those

Not impressed. Overpriced. Instead of being told upfront that I can't have two firms of liquor at the table, I was told after the fact I had ordered. My duck was extremely tough, the waitress never asked about why I didn't drink my first drink and switched to wine instead. Will not come back nor recommend. Not a fan of the food or waitress. If you do anything, just get the dessert.

Probably won’t go back. Came in from Charleston to celebrate my fathers, sister in law and my birthday. Tuna was undercooked and had to be sent back. My steak was ordered medium came out well done. Didn’t complain, just dealt with it. I would have been ok with all of this. After the meal the bring out a piece of cake with a candle since they new it was our birthday! Very nice gesture!! However, when the bill came they charged us for the dessert! We never even ordered it!

Fantastic meal. Celebrating a birthday. Waitress Trisha paced the meal perfectly. Cocktails were both diverse and tasty. Had several apps but tuna stood out. Party tried chop, filet, braised rib and chicken. All meats cooked perfectly. On small suggestion is to expand dessert menu beyond two selections.
I real gem of dining experience in Washington. Highly recommend.

Food was outstanding (shrimp & scallops, filet, fried green tomatoes). Wine was outstanding (by the glass). Great service. Desserts were only okay (turtle cheesecake, mint creme brulee). Cocktail was only okay (Carolina Jewel). Decor was only okay. Bathrooms are a bit rundown. Put off a bit by wine list, which was a ragged set of print-outs handed to us on a clipboard. Flowers on each table were fresh but unimpressive. Despite the small flaws, I would absolutely go back. The food was really very worth it and made sure a very special night!

Take out was an epic nightmare!! I’m a traveling nurse with a colleague & we ordered ahead for take out based off their current online menu.
What we ordered:
1.) the pork chop cooked medium well with honey carrots & mashed potatoes = $24.00
2.) Ribeye with mashed potatoes & asparagus = $29.00.
After returning to our hotel, what we actually received was:
1.) pork chop cooked rare with broccoli & sweet potatoes
2.) Ribeye & mashed potatoes - no asparagus or veggie included .
So not only was our dinners completely wrong , missing sides and cooked inadequately; but our bill came to $84.00

When your waiter doesn’t ask how your meal is, i’m guessing he already knows. We had to ask for water, we had to ask for bread, we had to ask for a check. I probably would’ve sent my entrée back it was a bit confusing, but again nobody seemed to care enough to ask. $238. Later we decided we could’ve cooked a much better meal at home. The wine and old fashion were definitely the highlights.

Wonderful service and amazing drinks and food. The bar is built around the original bank vault which makes for a charming view. Delightfully cozy and quiet.

Recently dined here for the first time. Food and drinks were amazing. Good selection on menu and the waitstaff was very knowledgeable about the menu and their featured items for the evening. Drinks were very good as well. Especially the jalapeño mango margarita

Fantastic first meal out in Little Washington since moving here earlier this year. Definitely one of the best pork chops I’ve ever had anywhere!

Have been a frequent Bank diner for the past few years as I thought they served the best steak in Washington. They have a new menu for the new year and the rib eye and NY strip are both gone replaced by a cauliflower steak and some lesser and more expensive options. I opted for a chicken caesar salad instead which was ok but no replacement for the ribeye I had anticipated. I'll be watching for further updates to the menu but won't be back anytime soon.

So very disappointed in our meals tonight. Mashed potatoes inedible and gummy. Carrots from a can, unseasoned and bland. Salmon loaded with bones. Total waste of money but the drinks and wine were good. Bread before meal was raw.

So we're still at the table after asking to speak to a manager who wouldn't come out he elected one of the very nice servers to come out and talk to us. Several menu items that we had seen on the website were not available due to fish distributor problems. We ordered three appetizers one of which ,the Ahi tuna , was delightful. The crab dip looked to have been heated at one point but was now cold the pita chips served with it spent far too long in the deep fat fryer and scallops wrapped in bacon arrived initially wrapped in Raw bacon when they returned they were wrapped in cooked bacon

We started at the bar with cocktails and they were delicious and the bartender was friendly. We got a high top near the window which I always appreciate. The place was empty but probably due to Hurricane Dorian heading their way. The menu had an abundance of choices (not a ridiculous amount) but enough to make our decision difficult. The food was perfect! So so good! The service was also wonderful. We will be back to Little Washington and to this restaurant. Our entire bill was under $100, and that includes the two cocktails and a bottle of wine.

Went there for brunch and we were the only ones in the place. The Eggs Benedict looked and tasted like something I might have tried to make on my own at home for the first time. It was not impressive all! It was though overpriced as mostly everything on the menu. This was just average breakfast food overpriced. The service was fine and the biscuits were very good. We have no interest in returning here.

Ribeye steak, perfect, just as ordered. Deb has a lobster and pasta that she loved. Service perfect. Air condition, broke!!! But we sat outside. Lol!!! We'll be back.

I went recently with my friends for a Sunday brunch. The food and service was fantastic! I got Eggs Benedict and it was cooked to perfection. The hollandaise sauce was interesting because it was slightly tart. It was different, but still very very good. My friends got steak and eggs, shrimp and grits, and biscuits and gravy, respectively. They all said their food was fantastic too. Our waitress was awesome and had a great sense of humor. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but she was still amazing. Overall, I’d say go there for some top notch brunch.

WOW! What a great place! This area of Washington is full of cute little restaurants, but this one takes the cake. Started off with an assortment of breads with a honey butter and got an appetizer of fried artichokes with lemon aioli. I chose the salmon with local honey and pecans on top...it was cooked perfectly and the flavor was great! Having the double chocolate mousse now for dessert and it is divine!

Make sure to sit in Ashley's section - she is spunky, entertaining and down-to-earth! We asked for one of the chef's, Bernard, came out and chit-chatted with us for a bit.

I've had the Ahi Tuna and the cheese platter as an appetizer at the Vault Bar. Both were excellent both in flavor and portion size. Didn't even need a meal afterward.

Sitting at the table, service was polite and the food was terrific! Salmon was cooked to perfection and the Mahi with crab sauce was succulent! I highly recommend!

We were extremely satisfied and stuffed! My boyfriend and I were crossed between this venue an another close by, we opted for "The Bank"! We were pleasantly surprised! Timothy was our server and he was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about not only the food, but also the speciality drinks! I ordered two drinks and absolutely loved "The Mogal" which included a speciality Caribbean rum named "Kraken Rum", I absolutely loved this drink... The food was amazing, the right temperature and just the right portion size... We left feeling extremely stuffed and
