Dr. Natasha Patel was immersed in the dental world from a young age - her dad was actually a dentist! She knew this was the career she wanted early on, and today, she's proud to be at the helm of Kind Care Dentistry, a high-quality practice that welcomes the whole family and provides personalized, in-depth treatment for smiles of all shapes and sizes.
Shaquetta (also known as "Quetta") is one of our Expanded Functions Dental Assistants. She received her education from Fortis College, graduating in 2011. Today, she's been working in the oral healthcare field for seven years and counting. She loves the day-to-day job of transforming smiles and spending time with such an amazing work family!

This place ripped out my filling while flossing my teeth after a cleaning and then charged me to fix it! I agreed to pay half even though it wasn't my fault at all, and they charged twice what any other office would. Then they sent the other half into collections. I'm disgusted at their lack of professionalism and greed. I hope they get shut down.

Wasted my time here, these 5 star reviews are suspect and misleading. I've gone to this dentist since 2018: for exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, then the more complex root canal. Setting that appointment 2 months out just to figure out they're not able to do the root canal procedure on the day. What's insulting is "The Doc" Dr. Patel and her assistant seemed relieved they could go workout at the gym instead. I leave, came back 3wks later for another attempt to figure they still could not do the root canal, which is frustrating and a waste of my time because I could

Worst mistake I ever made for my teeth! I have spent thousands to fix the damage she caused. I gave her a chance because I went to her mother for years and she was great. Well, this Dr. Patel did 7 fillings, 5 of which came out within 3 months! I have spent over $3000 in the last month to fix the holes. The last tooth could not be drilled into again so I had to have my tooth turned into a stub and a crown put on. My teeth will never be the same. All that precious tooth material gone forever. After many years of being terrified of the “Chair” I was referred to Doctor Natasha Patel. So many people told me she was a great dentist who cared. They in my opinion understated her excellence. She was personable, caring, passionate and understanding. She listened and never left my side. She did the job and made me so comfortable that I have been back a few times. God bless you Doc! Highly recommend from a true wimp. (Never been to a dentist before kind care) Dr. Patel pulled a lower back tooth for me a few weeks ago. This tooth caused me pain on and off for 2 years. As I lay here at 3am in my bed eating beef jerky on the right side of my mouth, I thought I'd say thank you again 😁

I’m always really nervous about going to the dentist, but this was my very first time going to kind care dentistry and all i can say about them they were very very super nice and very professional they also treat you very well. I didn’t feel not a thing at all from the beginning to the end after the tooth was out they are so darn amazing, i will be referring two friends to kind care dentistry and others. I’am very very very satisfied with them all everyone that works there!!!

Unprofessional. I'm currently still sitting in the waiting area at 9:52 am starting this review. I arrived here at 9:00, on time, as soon as they opened for my 9am appt. I was done filling out my paperwork by 9:11. 2 people walked in after me, but were both seen before me. the receptionist could tell by the look on my face that i was annoyed so she informed me that the hygienist was "taking some extra time with another patient" but would be with me "soon." They should not have scheduled me for 9 if they are understaffed and make me waste over an hour of my morning before

I was very pleased with my overall experience. The receptionist was extremely polite and the staff was kind and caring. Doctor Patel was GREAT!!! She was very attentive to my concerns and needs. She did not rush through my visit and she cleaned my teeth herself......Impressive. I will refer everyone I know to Kind Care and Doctor Patel. Thank you for the BEST DENTIST VISIT EVER!!!

Kind Care Dentistry is the best .Dr Patel and her staff are the greatest . Ive been to other dentist offices and hated going .When I go to Kind care Dentistry I feel good about going because there is never any pain and the job is done 100 percent correct and in a timely manner .I would suggest everyone that needs Dental work go there .You will not regret it Thank you Dr Patel and staff.
