Services
Love Letter Weddings is a huge extension of my personality. To be completely honest, I am a total nerd when it comes to planning parties! I love obsessing over every little detail. My brain treats each event like a huge puzzle, and I want every piece to fit together seamlessly. On top of that, I want each element to be unique and thoughtful.
And while we also love a good Netflix binge, we actually prefer to spend our time planning, designing, and perfecting our clients' dream weddings. Even better? We legitimately know how to plan the hell out of a wedding, and we super passionate about it. Our first step is always to get to know you as a couple.
We've said it once and we'll say it again- we truly feel like we have the absolute best job in the world! We feel so humbled when we think back on all the wonderful couples we've had the pleasure of working with. Not only did we get to watch them to say their vows to each other, but we also got to help them discover, design and implement every meaningful detail of their big day.
As much as we strive to work with a wide range of budgets, we find that our services pair best with budgets of $50K or more. Of course budget is determinant on so many factors. All of our starting rates are based off a guest count of 100 or less guests, 1 location for getting ready, the ceremony and the reception and at least 4 hours of set up time prior to your ceremony allowed by the venue.
Well, you found her! We love sharing all of our favorite venues, vendors, tips and tricks with our clients. This is why we include unlimited email and phone consulting as part of our month-of coordination service. We also throw in our top-of-the-line wedding planning software to help you keep track of everything (think digital wedding binder extraordinaire).

I LOVE working with Love Letter Weddings! After 10+ years of working as a Professional Photographer, I've worked with hundreds of wedding planners and Louise and her staff are some of the very best! They're always professional, on top of things, and smiling! Some planners manage to create more stress for the vendors and bring a panic like feel to the day. NOT these guys! I have known Louise and the whole team at love letter weddings for several years now and I absolutely love them. I am also in the wedding business (hair and makeup) so I have worked with a lot of planners. In my opinion they are a dream to work with. They answer emails and texts/calls promptly and they always deliver the best results.
