Dareal Pearsall, LMBT #10584, became a massage therapist in 2010 after graduating from the Alpha School of Massage in Florida. There, he completed 900 hours of curriculum and massaged over 300 clients. Client after client raved about him to the school, earning him the nickname Mr. Fantastic. Finished with school, he relocated to North Carolina where he received his license.
Within two years, he started his business, a traveling massage service, Mind & Muscle Wellness. He has since expanded to offer clients a spa-like experience in his office. So to start, Dareal was amazing and very professional. My stupid self came in thinking my appointment was today but it was actually for next Thursday. We both didn't know and we started the session. It got cut short when we realized I was not the appointment for today and his actual client for today came in. I felt so bad because I didn't read my appointment confirmation right, but in the 30 minutes he worked on me, he hit all the pain points no other masseuse was able to get. I'm glad I was able to get some work in with him, and now I'm really looking forward to my actual appointment for next

I scheduled my appointment to have work done on my back and feet, which had leveled up their pain in recent weeks. It was hard to turn my head or stand without some measure of pain -- it's something that was just always there.
It's so hard to find someone who really does deep tissue massage around here, but this is the place. Dareal worked carefully and patiently through all my trouble areas and helped me to breathe through any discomfort, which is bound to happen with this kind of massage. I slept better that night than I have in months and woke up without any pain. I'm so relieved and happy

My husband and I regularly visit Dareal for both really deep tissue and relaxation/muscle sessions. You know the massage therapist is excellent when he finds that sore spot or knot without you telling him where it is. Dareal is easily one of the best massage therapists we’ve ever had. Plus he’s a super cool guy!

My experience here was exceptional. First, it was very professional. My massage was on a Saturday, so I think we were the only ones there. However, I felt extremely safely. I have a hard time finding someone who uses enough pressure, but Darreal had it just right. He found all of my tension. I have been shopping around for a massage therapist for a while, but I can stop shopping now. I'm already planning my next visit. I highly recommend Mind & Muscle Wellness.

I had prenatal massage today. My massage was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or back. Dareal listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I highly recommend this place for a good massage.

Visiting from NJ and was having my reoccurring low back pain. Saw reviews on internet and decided to make an appointment. So happy I did. I got the sports massage cause I needed some trigger point work. He hit the spots, released the tension, stretched me out. A well worth the 90 minutes. Next visit here I will definitely make another visit to his center. Thanks again. Oh by the way, I’ve scheduled an appointment for my brother with you.
