Very impersonal. It’s like she just cracks you and sends you on your way without fixing specific issues.

It’s been awhile since we have lived in the area but I always had a great experience. Walking in to the office was like going to an older friend’s house. I first started going when I was pregnant and continued afterwards. She always took great care of me my husband and my children. Even though we don’t live there anymore I still recommend her to family and friends in the area.

Always a short wait, friendly customer service and she takes the time to listen to where the problems are. I always walk out feeling better than I did when I went in.

Staff is very friendly and interactive with their patients. I can say that I left there feeling amazing, pain was gone and I will be going back. Highly recommended

I chose Pickett Family Chiropractic for my first experience with a chiropractor, and I was not disappointed at all. I was initially nervous, but Dr. Pickett did a great job of making me comfortable right off the bad. I've been twice now, and I can already feel the huge improvements in the neck and back pain I was experiencing. I will absolutely be using them for all chiropractic visits going forward and would recommend them to anyone else in the Prattville area.

I chose Rachel as my first chiropractic experience based off of word of mouth. Boy was I surprised at how amazing I would feel after going. The clinic is always kept spotless and the staff are amazing and friendly. Rachel is you feel comfortable, even if your “scared” of chiropractics, and always takes the time answer all of your questions even when she is busy that day. I recommend this clinic to everyone I talk to about who is needing a chiropractor.

Absolutely love Dr. Pickett and the staff. I started going when I found out I was pregnant because I started having lower back pain and I no longer have any pain. She is wonderful!! ❤️

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Rachel and her staff! I was having major back pains and spasms with my twin pregnancy. She talked me through better ways to sleep, sit and helped me through so much! They are always able to get me in the day of if needed as well. I recommend this office to everyone.

Went with my husband for his appointment... Got there 15 min early as requested, he signed some forms and we where told she would see him in a few minutes... about 10 min past his appointment time the receptionist called us into a room... after waiting for another 20 minutes my husband went to the reception and was told it wouldn't be too long... 10 minutes later the receptionist comes in and says Dr Pickett is running late so it would be a little before she could come in, she also asked if we wanted to reschedule... Absolutely love Dr.Rachel and the staff here! I took my infant and she was so gentle with him. I have gone recently to help with my sciatica during my pregnancy and it’s pretty much all better ! The office is so clean that I’ve had no worries! I’m so happy that she was available during these times! And again the staff is always so cheerful, polite, and helpful! So thankful that they’ve been there for me!

Dr Pickett listens to my concerns & always makes me feel at ease. I never have any trouble getting an appointment thanks to the awesome girls up front! Everyone at Pickett Family Chiropractic is super friendly, helpful & accommodating

Dr Rachel is amazing! She is very sweet and gentle with my children, that I’ve been taking to her since they were babies. She has been adjusting me also and was a life saver during my second pregnancy. Emile and the office staff are so very nice and are great at working with my schedule.

Great Experience. Was actually able to call and get appointment same day. After paperwork, was taken right back. Interview was pointed and Dr. Pickett told me what would and would not be beneficial for what I had going on. Didn’t feel like she was trying to “sell” any extra modalities. Also felt better shortly after receiving care! She’ll be by my chiropractor from here on out! Staff was also very friendly and helpful with a very cleaning environment.
