I called to make sure they would be open before I made a 30 minute drive to the shop. The female that answered the phone assured me that they are open until 2 PM on this particular day. I got there and the door was locked. I called back to see what was going on I was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Don't waste your time with this worthless business.

I only received an estimate so far to date but I definitely will return for the repair. The business appeared very honest and not trying to manipulate for additional money which I have experienced other auto body repair shops do. They are very trustworthing and from their work I witnessed in getting my estimate, they deliver great quality at a great price

I could not be happier with my experience at Millenia Auto Body. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. The owner Omar went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied. They were in contact with me the entire time giving me updates on the status of my car. The quality of work on my car was absolutely amazing!! You won't be able to find a better Auto Body shop, the quality of work, staff, and value are all A+. Don't look anywhere else, just go to Millenia Auto Body!

About a week ago, someone grazed my car while it was parked. No apologies to me, so I was left with a sore sight on my bumper. Mercedes Benz recommended Millenia Auto Body to repair.
Jose (a God sent employee) was so nice and courteous to me. He corrected the blemish on my car!!! Awesome service.

10/10 all the way around. My vehicle was in an accident and unfortunately took months to repair (not due to Millenia Auto Body's fault), and this repair shop kept me informed as to what was happening with my vehicle almost daily. All of the staff there is amazing and more than responsive, they always took the time to explain things to me. And more importantly, they rented me a rental from their shop which I could not be more than grateful for. Should anything else happen to my car in the future, I will ONLY use Millenia Auto Body as my vehicle's repair shop.

Top notch professional service and quality auto body and paint. I discovered a large scratch on the hood of my 2018 MB E400 coupe and it broke my heart. I was concerned that the black metallic paint would never be the same. The Millennia team gave me a quote in a timely manner and offered their services with no pressure. When the timing was right I called and they got me scheduled quickly. They have an estimated completion time and met it perfectly. This is a busy shop with lots of high end cars in work. They are efficient and deliver quality work. My car was done on time, under the estimate

I did a boo-boo and caressed a concrete curb with my front right wheel and tire. I was nervous because I have a 2018 Shelby GT350 and the wheels are really nice. I randomly found Millenia Auto Body because they are close to me and took it to them the same day. Very professional on the phone and in person. Lots of luxury cars outside that they work on. Told me it would be done in two days and delivered on their promise. What a beautiful result! In addition to that, they washed and detailed the inside and outside of the car. Was $150 out the door. Millenia Auto Body was fantastic! I was searching for somewhere to take my Mercedes after someone sideswiped me. I called one place and they said it would be 2 weeks before they could even see me. I called Millenia Auto Body and they told me I could bring my car immediately. They were very nice and pleasant the first phone call. I contacted my insurance and they handeled it from there. When I arrived I had my rental car waiting for me by the very nice lady at the front desk. Then I was greeted by Omar, the owner of Millenia Auto Body (which I did not know at the time).....he actually did my paperwork

Millenia Auto Body recently did a bumper conversion for me from my 2015 Lexus GS350 to a 2016+ Lexus GS350 body style and it came out superb. Loved the way they paid attention to detail and the bumper kit was really hard to work with but they really figured out how to adjust it and get it fit perfect before giving the care back to me. Miguel was a pleasure to work with and compared to others who did the same conversion, they got the alignment spot on. Very happy I chose them for this custom job and will stick to them for my future modifications for sure.

This business is awesome. They painted my car door cause it was damaged at the dealership parking lot and it looks exactly like the rest of the car. Remember these guys are certified by Mercedes, etc so expect to pay premium. The owner of this establishment also owns the Mercedes dealership. So if you want a job well done come here. I am not giving them a 5 stars cause some things were not done at the time I picked the car at the dealership and I had to go to work late the next day to get all done. I went there to get an estimate on my Toyota because I had gotten into an accident and was looking around. My prior estimate was 3500 and another place was about 3300. This place is out of their MIND. They tried to charge me 6000 basically for my fix. Beware of them trying to scam you on estimates....

Having my car hit in parking lot while parked by another car was a huge headache. Dealing with the other person's insurance company made it worse. I was so grateful to have used Millenia Auto Body, who took over the reigns and worked with the insurance company to get my car back to its original condition quickly. They did a great job and were good at keeping me up-to-date on the process. They are highly professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service, professional and quality of work is top notch!!! I had my 2017 Mercedes E400 convertible repaired at Millenia Auto Body. From day one until I picked up my car, Millenia walked me through the repair and communicated with me on the status of the repair from beginning to end. They made the whole repair process very easy. Super kind and professional people. Try not to be too intimated by the fancy and expensive cars out front (ie -benz, Ferraris). The building is huge and customer area is classy with ac. I came in a Saturday as I was traveling through Orlando and my inner fender popped out of place. They were able to reclip it and I'm so grateful for it.
