Sam's Painting, LLC is a family-owned and operated business in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Owners Sam and Susan Saglibene, along with son-in-law Patrick Goldner, have over 35 years combined experience in construction, painting and business ownership. We love where we live and work. New Smyrna Beach has been home since 1995.

On the interior, the failure to prep surfaces properly will result in peeling paint and uneven coverage. It won't be noticeable while the paint is wet, but you will see the difference a few weeks after it dries. No matter what the exterior surface: wood, vinyl, cement board siding, brick and the ever popular stucco finish for southern homes. The very first step is a thorough cleaning of the homes' exterior to remove dirt, dust, mildew, bugs and webs - anything that clings to the home.
Blues are calming exteriors colors; especially against this light colored roof and white trim. Painting this modern beauty had to carefullyrolled and hand brushed to protect the special features. Brushing and rolling paint applications protects around the house, neighbors homes and our fragile environment.

BUYER BEWARE: We chose Sam's initially for the good reviews and because we choose to support local businesses. Unfortunately we should have went elsewhere. They were nice while on the job, however, the paint job itself was lackluster, sloppy, and left us with a ton of paint drips and overspray on all of our door handles, outdoor lights, hose stands, etc. It was not a professional job in our eyes. What's more, Sam left a thin sign out front with his logo on it, and did not make any mention of it. After a few days we took it down and put it in recycling while doing yard work. He showed up unannounced

BEWARE ....Nice until you have a complaint/issue ! OVERPRICED I hired this company to do trim and caulking . They were unfamiliar with how to price so they chargers hourly ,that should have been my red flag . The owner Sam while seemingly a very nice person worked very slowly ( reminder - I’m charged hourly) .Without the completion of work he becomes ill and states he’s unable to finish but asked for payment . I let him know that I would need to discuss pricing since he left abruptly.

Sam and crew pressure washed and painted the exterior of our 2-story 2,600 sq ft home in May 2019 with 1 base color and 2 trim colors. We have had our home painted twice before and were fortunate to find quality painters then, so we knew what to expect. Sam and his guys did not disappoint.They did a super job for a reasonable price, were fast, very courteous and professional, had high quality workmanship, kept the job site clean, cleaned up each day before they left, and faithfully executed a few finishing details with no complaints.
