i must fist say they are coronavirus (covid-19) safe with masks to protect themselves and there customers.
i called awesome lawson's plumbing last night oct 8, 2020 because my water heater was over flowing with water and flooded part of my gargage. i could not turn the water off and it had been flowing from the top of the water heater for just about 1 hour and out of the few 24 hours plumbers in my area that i called

Well, I called last Friday. Set up an appointment window from 12-1. Got a call from them at 5 pm saying that "sorry I'm running late. I'm sure you figured that out by now" ... really !? I get it. Things come up. But don't have me wait for hours then call like nothing happened. Not pleased. Decided to go with stagecoach plumbing and I'm beyond happy with their services !

I had a problem with my Bradford Water Heater not producing hot water even though the pilot was lighting. I found Awesome Lawson through yelp and requested a quote through yelp. It was 8pm at night and i got a response back within an hour stating that someone could come out first thing in the morning. Josh was at my home by 9:30. He worked with the Heater manufacturer to determine of the water heater was still under warranty. he suspected it was the Gas Control Valve and it was indeed the valve. He did a warranty exchange on the control valve and got my hot water back up. His price was fair

Charged $125 for about 45 minutes of work that didn't fix the problem. Recommended jetting the drain next for another $250 said it wouldn't take more then and hour so that's $375 for 2 hours of work. Said no to jet couldn't see myself paying 250 for an hour of work. Tried using 20% off coupon that the company sent to me in the mail and was first told no but then he called his boss and said it was fine. Still $100 for nothing but a mess that I myself have to clean up. When the guy left he just said "sorry for the mess". DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS.

I am so very pleased with this company! I woke up to a flooded bathroom, not the way I wanted to start my day. I just knew I could fix my issue though.....
WRONG! I wasted a lot of time on numerous trips to hardware stores .... I thought I'd look here for help and boy did I find it . Jeff was so nice and helpful. He came by and saved the day. Why didn't I call this place first, could have saved a bad mood and a lot of time.
If you have a pluming problem, do not waste time like I did , CALL AWESOME LAWSON PLUMBING!

I realized on a Sunday that I had no hot water so I checked the heater and noticed the pilot light wasn't lit. I tried repeatedly to get it back on myself but it was no use. I called first thing Monday morning and this company was able to send someone out to my house "between 4 and 6 p.m."
I took the employee, I believe his name was Roger, around back and showed him my hot water heater. He didn't even touch the water heater. Never pushed the igniter. Never bent down to look and see if it was lit. NOTHING. He just said I needed a new one. I told him I had tried relighting it

Awesome Lawson's is an outstanding plumber. We called at about 8:15 on a Monday morning, and by 10:00 a plumber by the name of Rick was at our home out in the country. Our kitchen sink needed lots of help.
You see our house is older, and the plumbing under the sink was "rigged" at best. Rick removed all the old stuff, and put things back together for us correctly. Rick was friendly and very knowledgeable at his trade. Unlike other plumbers we have used in the past, Rick came with all his own tools, flashlight, etc..
Rick went out to his van to complete the paperwork, and ask
