Prior to moving to the area, Alex travelled around the world working and learning many different methods of roofing. Over the years, we have seen some really bad roofing jobs, and even worse attempts at repairing them. The initial problems can compound dramatically, amounting to exponentially higher time and costs in resolving issues.

Poor customer service when their sub damaged my building delivering shingles. Over a dozen stacks of shingles fell off the roof onto the porch where luckily no one was injured. After many weeks of phone calls, no attempt has been made to either repair the damage or compensate for it. Unfortunately, I will not use this company again or recommend them to others.

Benchmark repaired the roof of a three unit townhome and did a great job. The owner and crew were very professional and got the job when they said they would. They kept the workspace clean and took up minimal space to do the job.

Benchmark Roofing did an awesome job for us from start to finish. They listened to what we wanted, gave some great suggestions, where here when they said they would be, were very organized, did what they said they would do, cleaned up very nicely and helped us out with some extras. These guys really know metal roofs. I would highly recommend Benchmark to anyone including friends and family. Alex, Aggie and the crew were a pleasure to work with!!!! Thank you Benchmark!!!
