Chauvinist! Very unprofessional! A very high turnover rate with front office and dental assistants! My treatment was supposed to take 18 months, after countless mistakes that Andrew Kassman made.... Taking my braces off too early, not providing a retainer in a timely manner, leaving a gap in my back molar, and leaving product in my mouth for months with nobody on his team noticing it. I finally got my braces off 4 years later. I ended up with several different retainers that do not fit my mouth. I brought both of my daughters in for braces. We absolutely love coming here. EVERYONE here is personable, professional and it feels like you are visiting family. Dr Kassman has a friendly and efficient staff. They always respect our time and are quick to see us. Dr kassman gave us an estimate of how long he thought it would take for our kids to have straight teeth and was pretty close to that date. He still maintains the kids retainers over a year after the braces have been removed with a cheerful disposition. My kids all have great looking smiles!
