I just want to say what a great experience I had at this body shop. A friend sent me here after his son painted his truck there, he also had a great experience so I went there. All the way down to the work to customer service top notch. Matt's awesome he'll make it happen if he can for you. great people great place. Also customer service communication. 5 stars!!!!! Carlos thank for always giving top notch customer service! Hard to find nice happy people these days. Besides all the customers service, the truck turned out Awsome ! Dylan and the technicians at the new Decatur location are wonderful. The passenger side and rear of my jeep had been badly damaged when hit by another driver. Throughout the process Dylan was professional and attentive. My car is now beautiful again. Dylan surprised me by having it detailed. I will return for touch up work. 10/10.

Customer service over the phone needs a lot of work Called to ask a question You would think that they've been doing this long enough they'd be able to give you rough idea Of what something would cost. Just the tone and manner that they responded was Very rude would not recommend this to anybody, if that's how they act over the phone Imagine how they are in person i Would highly discourage anybody From using this business

I highly recommend ABC Autobody. Super nice people who do great work. Matt repaired and painted the front bottom area of my Pontiac Solstice that I scraped up and bent going over a parking cement block . He did a beautiful and flawless job! Their estimate was was reasonable and their time estimate was right on target. Frankie who I think is the office manager also great to work with. I am from San Francisco, was here for 6 weeks and took a chance of having this repaired here. The 5 star reviews are accurate! Highly highly recommend! Thanks guys!

I was disappointed to find out Don retired and sold the business. He was really reasonable and I have been taking our family's car to his shop for years.
The new owner quoted my Mom's car for around $3000 with upholstery for leather seat, and easy fix paint job for Mercedes ML350. Those were paid with insurance prices. We were going to pay cash only. He stated the amount would still be the same. We had worst damages from before, and the most we paid was around $400-$600 for bodywork.
The 2 small paint chips was fix with Mercedes touch up paint. and the scratches were removed with turtle

ABC Auto Body was wonderful to work with, only kept my car a couple of days, and did an immaculate job repairing and painting my deeply scratched bumper and fender at a price that was significantly lower than the dealership's estimate. I will always take my car there in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know.

Sometime in March the rear driver side of my car got hit. I received an estimate from the other person's insurance and was told to take my car to a body shop of my choice. I chose ABC because they had a 5 star rating, and the shop is close to both my jobs. I called Friday 4/8 and spoke to the owner who told me I could drop off my car any day the following week. I dropped my car off to be repaired on 4/12/16. I provided ABC with an estimate from the insurance company of the person who hit me. Not even an hour later, I get a call from

I found ABC Auto Body on Yelp. The reviews were spot on. This place does a great job and does not take short cuts. They removed my bumper and repainted the entire bumper instead of just trying to paint the damaged area. They do a great job. I highly recommend this paint shop. You won't be disappointed.

My car was involved in a hit or run, figured I'd see what the damage was before calling my insurance. Came into ABC auto got a quote within a few minutes, very reasonable. Made an appointment to drop it off the next day, car was ready a day in a half later. Looks brand new, would recommend them to anyone.

My husband had a minor accident and had to take his Xterra in for some TLC.
His family has had a great body shop in the Glendale CA area for 50 years and he knows the business and customer service very well.
He was hesitant to get his car repaired anywhere else, but since moving to Las Vegas he had to seek help locally.
When they repaired the Xterra he did not know what to expect but was completely satisfied with ABC's repair process.
They completely informed him of what to expect throughout the repair of his car and advises that he highly recommends this group if you should need auto auto

I was HIGHLY recommended to check out ABC Auto Body after I had a hit-and-run incident on the passenger door of my Jeep. I don't know a lot about cars and am always worried I'll get taken advantage of. They are AMAZING here!
A very nice gentleman came out, looked at my car door that was TAPED SHUT with packing tape. Literally, the car door wouldn't shut and it was open and taped leaving about 4" of open door.
He helped take all the tape off, used his magic tools and was able to shut the door for me. This was the biggest relief. I can't afford a new door right now, but,

I went to ABC Body Shop for the great reviews on Yelp, it was a great surprise to find such a friendly and smiley people but at the same time very professional and honest, amazing service. Great customer service, Le will kept me updated all the time.
My front bumper was damaged and some inner parts too, I was not under insurance coverage but the owners gave me the best deal no other shop could give me.
Their estimate was accurate and and the car was ready one day early than expected, looking like brand new!!!

After checking on yelp for a body shop close to my house, I noticed the great reviews and decided on taking my car there to fix up some bumper damage. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience. My car was treated with the utmost respect and given a front end makeover like no other.
They stayed in contact with me through the whole process, and hit the expected pick up date right on time. The owner even gave me a ride home when I couldn't find one on my own. Thanks again Don!
