Warranty period begins immediately following completion of work provided the account has been paid in full. Prosperity Lawn & Landscape guarantees all woody trees and shrubs for twelve (12) months from the date of planting. Liability of Prosperity Lawn & Landscape shall be limited to replacement of the tree or shrub only one (1) time.

Poor customer service and not professional company. I requested a quote from them for a flagstone patio and their CEO/owner of the company emailed simply saying they do not service my area. I live exactly 7 minutes away from their location in Centreville. I emailed him back asking what's the reason you don't service 'my area' despite the fact their website clearly mention they service Centreville, VA, but he never responded nor provided clarification. It's plain simple that this company is condescending, disrespectful and not professional. I'm shocked of their 5 stars review they have on social

Prosperity Lawn has been maintaining our yard at least for 10years, perhaps longer. David Anderson and his staff are honest, kind, hardworking, knowledgeable and professional. The company has fabulous communication so we know what services are offered, what we have contracted for and when it will occur.
No job is too small and the company is willing to discuss and accommodate my needs. For example, we had purchased mulch through a school fundraiser but had difficulty getting it spread in our beds. Despite not purchasing it from them, Prosperity lawn was willing to do the work for us.

Horrible company. Got stuck with this company when prior company was sold to them. Tore up front yard by mowing when it was too wet. Poor weed control. Paid for seeding which was done in such a haphazard manner, we seeded ourselves at additional cost. Overall, this company does a very lazy job of what they have been contracted to do. Poor communication and deceptive billing. Do not recommend!

- Poor weed control - poor edging, used weed wacker removing all grass wherever edged - complained about above said it was not their fault after walking property - fertilized/weed control applied and have several 20 - 30 burns in lawn - Said they’d take care of it and weeds still here/burns and bare spots still here
