KATHY, Rogue Valley resident since 1989, has more than 20 years' experience as a real estate investor and has served as President of the Southern Oregon Rental Owners' Association. She is also a "retired" Certified Public Accountant, having owned a CPA firm in Southern California before relocating to Oregon.

We we very impressed with Kathy’s work ethic and knowledge. As our broker she wrote up a very detailed owner carry contract. She was fast, professional and available to answer all our questions all hours of the day. She was the bright spot in the whole deal. We will absolutely hire her again and recommend her to our friends and family

I hardly ever write reviews but when someone goes above and beyond the call of duty I want to recognize that. This was THE BEST rental experience I’ve ever had. Jeff is tremendously helpful, he responded lightening fast to my emails, diligently answered my many questions and got us into a house within a week of contacting him! WOW!! Talk about a customer centered service experience. So much more than a property management company. These people are fantastic to work with, I highly recommend them!

I'd give zero stars if I could. This is the worst, by a very large margin, rental agency I have ever rented from. Myself, as well as some family, use them for rentals. The houses are in poor condition. They opt for cheap handymen for fixes, who have even told us upon them arriving that they don't know what they are doing but Kathy and Jeff won't hire professionals. They once forgot to pay the mother in laws electric bill. If anything in your rental goes wrong, expect to wait a long time for a response from Valley Property, and expect to wait an even longer time for anyone to come fix anything.

You can tell by the "Response from the owner" on these reviews just how unprofessional this company is. Like for real? It makes them sound very immature. Response from the owner: "Please excuse the dust while we suffer through the attempts at defamation and harassment by a disgruntled former tenant. Perhaps when America solves the mental illness and GUNS debate we can work on alleged cyber bullies hiding behind their keyboards. Peace. Valley Properties Southern Oregon, LLC."

UPDATE: After court mediation, the owners of the property dropped all charges and dismissed the court case they brought against me for non-payment of rent. I also agreed to drop my counterclaim against them. I can't speak for the property owners and how they will move forward with Valley Properties but I observed that they didn't realize how much negligence was going on -- how they were being told one thing and I was being told another.

Wonderful, nearly three year relationship with with Valley Properties as renters. We had a short window of time to move into our rental and they were very accommodating with our needs. I appreciated their twice yearly inspections as sometimes things get overlooked when you see them every day. They truly seemed to care about maintaining the property for the property owners as well as cared about the renters needs. I've rented from 3 different property management companies here in the valley and this one, by far is the best! The only reason we are not with them any longer is because we purchased
