I have been a State Farm Agent in Alexandria since 1988. I am life long resident of Campbell County and I am a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, with a BA in Business Management. I want to express how pleased I’ve been with my experience with Sue and her team. I switched to them when I moved from Indiana at the recommendation of one of my friends who has been with her. Everyone was fantastic, I happened to talked to Tiffany most of the time with my questions, purchasing a new car, and through the transfer process from my old agent and she was great, always patient with my hundreds of questions and very knowledgeable. Curious on rates and coverage I blindly reached out to a local rep for State Farm on Sue Neal's team. Tiffany Girkin was incredibly responsive to my questions and coverage details. To my surprise I was paying nearly double for less coverage at a competitor. Switching to State farm was very quick and seamless. I'm glad I finally took the time to question what I was paying and how much. I would recommend Tiffany Girkin and Sue Neal's team to anyone looking for competitive insurance and great service.

I recently contacted this office to inquire about taking out a life insurance policy and had no idea how they worked or which plan I needed. I spoke with Lisa Pulaski whom asked me the questions she needed to help identify what I needed in a plan and went over the best options to meet those needs. She did an excellent job in explaining them so I fully understood how each worked. I have been a customer of Sue Neal for probably 30 years. She and everyone in her office have always been so helpful, friendly and professional. They take the time to give you the best service and insurance product for your situation. Just like everybody else, I occasionally shop insurance. Obviously, I stick with Sue and her great staff. When you already have the best, it doesn’t make sense to go anywhere else.

Sue Neal's state farm has the best insurance agents I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They are responsive and incredibly helpful! They have made every interaction a breeze. They are very transparent about costs/fees when asked, and do a great job of even entertaining "hypothetical" situations.
Their rates are decently competitive, but you are definitely paying a little extra for the quality service!
