Gross & Bro. We have on premises three GIA Graduate Gemologists, a jewelry manufacturing and repair facility that includes a state-of-the-art laser welding machine.
We also have a watch repair facility equipped for complete overhauls and maintenance on fine Swiss watches. Having sold over 35,000 engagement rings, we are extremely experienced with every facet of the diamond business. We have 50 year old relationships with the largest diamond suppliers, many of which are De Beers site-holders.

We have several certified gemologists on staff that will always provide you with accurate, unbiased advice.
Orders under $500 are shipped via USPS priority Mail and orders over $500 are shipped via Fed Ex. Orders over $30,000 are shipped overnight via the US Postal Service Express Mail. A signature is required at the time of delivery, so be sure someone is home to accept the package. We realize jewelry is often purchased as a surprise and we will help to keep the secret as best we can.
Every diamond ring we sell is manufactured under the tightest quality control standards and is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Most of these rings require very little to no maintenance at all, outside of general cleaning or a periodic prong check. I took 7 hours driving from Vermont and went such a serve snow storm to make this appointment at 2:30 pm at 1/29 for engagement ring setting. But it’s not open at all. I understand it’s weather issues but there is no call to inform me at all. At 1/28 I even received a reminder to come. Not real happy with Since1910 right now. They promised my engagement ring would ship on Wednesday and arrive on Friday. I call on Friday, and they haven’t shipped it yet. They promised me that they will overnight it, so I am now being forced to wait at home all day because FedEx missed their delivery time. The ring did finally arrive, and it is beautiful, but the stress from worrying about having to reschedule the proposal made this an unpleasant experience.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Since1910. I worked with Justin via email through the whole process and he was absolutely amazing. I had an idea of a VERY specific setting I was looking to have custom designed. I was skeptical at first, would they really be able to capture what I wanted through email? My worries were completely unnecessary. Justin listened so carefully, took the pictures I wanted to combine, and delivered the most beautiful, perfect ring I could imagine! It was EXACTLY as I had hoped, Justin helped me select a beautiful diamond with all of the qualities

I was helped by Brad after placing an order for an engagement ring, I felt very happy with the price of the diamond and band but there were no pictures of the diamond on the listing it made me contemplate whether I should get it or not. Brad offered to take pictures and the diamond by the next day he gave me pictures of the diamond and videos of the diamonds sparkle with direct light and indirect light. Brad also found my local jewelers diamond from a supplier and said he could get that same diamond for a better price that my local jeweler.

I purchased a Henri Daussi solitaire here. It arrived with cuts on the gold and crooked prongs and the setting did not look like the ring in their video, which was actually a different setting. They took it back to fix saying that they did not know how it passed through inspection. When it came back the prongs were still crooked and it looked as if someone had added a coating of white gold coating to a corner of the nounting by the one of the crooked prongs and the details were blurred out, and it looked different than the rest of the ring. I told them that I wanted a replacement and they said

Awesome pricing, service, follow up, etc. I loved the experience they provided and they truly take care of the customer. Understanding that you are paying tens of thousands of dollars for jewelry, they truly cater to the customer and walk through every detail as needed.
I purchased an engagement ring from them it cannot rave enough about it! I live in CA and they even did the resizing and re-engraving after the proposal, at a later date through the mail.
