After my original review I was contacted by the owner that was willing, immediately, to make things right. He apologized and then scheduled a time that was convenient for our family and came and cleaned our carpets himself. The difference is phenomenal! We could not have asked for better service or quality! Hygea is a 5 star… company that I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Their owner stands behind their claim of safe, quality clean.
