The Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry requires that a commercial building plan for hydronics, waste, and drain be drafted by a person with a Master's license in order for it to be inspected and approved.

I work for a large commercial general contractor in the Twin Cities and work with hundreds of subcontractors, so when choose to act as a General Contractor on remodeling my cabin... and of all the subcontractors I hired, Zaffke was absolutely the best.
