Ayo prepared our taxes for 2018. He is responsive and patient and answered all of our questions.... because taxes are confusing! We have complicated returns (W2s, 1099s, and many freelance gigs) and he made the process incredibly easy, especially so because we are based in NYC and he is in Maryland. In addition, we are buying an apartment and needed letters from our tax preparer quickly. After requesting them, I had them in 20 minutes from Ayo (and at an after-hours time). That is how on top of it he is and how much he cares about his clients.
