We originally worked with this company a few years ago and had a good experience so we decided to hire Victor Ortiz again to paint the interior of our house. After setting the date we gave him a $1900 deposit in June 2021 and later found out that he was no longer licensed so we cancelled the job. It has now been 3 months and he has still has not given our deposit back and has stopped responding to our calls/texts. We are extremely disappointed that he took off with our deposit after leading us to believe he was a licensed contractor, even though he is neither licensed nor insured. Unfortunately
