Professional Counseling Associates
In these difficult times, many people are finding themselves stressed out, lonely, anxious, depressed and in some cases, self-medicating with alcohol, drugs or other forms of addiction. Relationships are strained and it can feel like nothing is working. At Professional Counseling Associates there is help available and light at the end of the tunnel.

Our Professional Therapists understand these problems and we help our clients identify and articulate their issues. We work collaboratively with our clients to develop an appropriate therapeutic plan of care in order to assist them in developing greater insight and coping skills. Our clients soon find themselves empowered with the ability to face and overcome their problems.

I am honored that you are reading my bio. My journey to become a psychotherapist was a long and winding road that lead me to my ultimate purpose or shall I say "my calling". My family of origin were unable to be guides for me as they had their own issues. After their subsequent divorce both as a couple and in being parents, I began as this lost child forging my own path.
Master of Science in Early Childhood Education degree from Stanford University and over two decades working with young children and their parents. Internship at The Meadows working under Dr. Patrick Carnes and Pia Melody in sexual addiction, sexual anorexia, and co-dependancy. The Professional Enhancement Program at Pine Grove Behavioral: disruptive professionals, addiction interaction, and personality and sexual disorders.
