I inquired about selling diamonds and still have not heard back from them.
Terrible communication.
If they are not interested in buying your jewelry they just simply will ignore you.
Rather buying or selling customers should get treated equally as all the wonderful reviews 🙄
Cheryl called me 5 mins after I wrote the review above and asked me to resend her the link to the video I sent of my diamonds and stones because it has EXPIRED meaning she hadn't even looked at it. She then said she would review it by the end of the next business day and it's now 9:25PM the next day.

Cheryl helped me design an engagement ring for my now wife. I can't say enough good things about the process. Cheryl was very patient as she took the time to educate me on the various ring options along the way. When my son, who lives in RIchmond, told me he wanted to get engaged, he mentioned a chain box jewelry store. I suggested he work with a jeweler first to get educated. I reached out to several local Richmond area Jewelers and Cheryl was the first to actually pick up the phone.
I had a lengthy conversation with Cheryl, who answered every question I had BEFORE I asked her Cheryl understood that I was trying to get my son to look at the purchase of a diamond as a long term investment
