As the Executive Director of the EDGE Programs, Dr. Ventrelle is responsible for the strategic direction of EDGE Counseling Solutions and EDGE Learning and Wellness Collegiate Community.Helen has over 10 years of experience in counseling with the primary focus of her work surrounding adults and couples with relationship issues.

EDGE Counseling Solutions provides the highest level of comprehensive counseling and psychological services to individuals and family. Our approach to counseling differs from that of most therapists. We take a very scientific approach to counseling and tailor it specifically to your needs. With so many available options, finding the right clinician to work with may be confusing.
Our Buffalo Grove office is located on Lake Cook Road, just east of Arlington Heights Road. Inside a beautiful two story brick building with white pillars, we are just a short ride for individuals and families coming from Barrington, Arlington Heights, Long Grove, Northbrook, and many other surrounding communities.
Having worked with youth for over 20 years, Roy Eiermann strives to help children, adolescents, and families grow to their fullest potential. Throughout his career he has helped kids, teens, and parents address their unique challenges in outpatient counseling, residential, and wilderness settings. He earned his Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in 2008 and focused his work on addressing trauma, depression, and anxiety.
Dr. Lacey seeks to understand the dynamic and systemic issues that challenge individuals and families. Maintaining awareness of each person's developmental, cultural, and spiritual strengths, she works collaboratively with clients to build coping skills and to develop practical plans for change. Dr. Lacey appreciates compassion, creativity, and humor while applying empirically validated interventions.
