I have been buying/pawning/selling at this place for almost 20 years now. I had an incident with one of my items almost a year and a half ago with the then manager and one of the employees. It had nothing to do with the company itself. I tried to rectify this to no avail. Today almost a year and a half later my problem was resolved. It was resolved by Reggie and the now manager Sergio. Sergio took the time to listen and verify my claim. He made calls and made it right for me. Both Sergio and Reggie showed that they were honest and cared about making it right.
