Vehicles that have been impounded at our facility are available for release 24/7. Our normal office hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm; However 24 Hour service is always available. NOTE: A vehicle/vessel stored in our impound lot will only be released to the legal and/or registered owner.
In the case where the legal and/or registered owner has been judged to be "mentally incompetent" by a signed court order, a copy of such court order accompanied by a valid and/or legal "power-of-attorney" instrument will be required for presentation at the time of vehicle release.

Towed my car then proceeded to break in and open my car. Put a dent in the top of my passenger door so now when I drive it sounds like my doors open and even worst when it rains water seeps through. Please do not trust them with your car. Called very unprofessional and wouldn’t help me.

They come and tow cars illegally. Then change the price when time to pick up. Extremely unprofessional, the guy on the phone super rude and the guy you pay is even worse. Asked for business ID and they claim not to have one. I will Be filing report with the city to have this company looked into.

Any signs were barely visible; small and hidden. Towed my friend’s car after we stopped to run into a bathroom for 10 minutes. I am on crutches and needed my friend's assistance and obviously am slower while walking at the moment. When we returned, the car was towed, horrible customer service over phone and in person. By the time we took an uber to their lot, no one was even there to help us and we had to wait (I had to stand - on crutches) for 15 minutes. In this time, the price increased. I was rightfully towed(no question about that), but this business engages in shady practices(no receipts, cash only, changing prices on the spot). Absolutely ridiculous, much less their employees are rude. I will be informing the Better business beareu of their practices.

At first I was mad they towed my car, my fault of course .. but the front desk guy ended up being super helpful and nice when I got my keys locked in, and was super patient too! Hopefully won’t lose my keys or get towed again, but overall he made a bad experience a not so bad one.

I am very unhappy w 717 parking who had this towing company take my car at 10 am on a friday from an honor box lot. The whole thing stink i met dilland and even as a 20 something he remained calm which i was not i asked for a signature and copy of policy to pay a $ 30 fee to the parking lot since i paid $5 each day for the privilege to park in a dirt lot i wasnt paying this he had chris the owner speak to me who waivered the after hours since i was 15 ninutes after hours and he accelerated the process i got hone to temple terrace before the emergency number from 717 even called, i cannot put a

Total scumbag operation! We showed up to pick our car up at 1:30am after it had been towed. We were told it was $175 to get it out and payment is cash only. The ATM onsite didn't work and they suggested that we walk a mile through the sketchy neighborhood at 1:30am to get cash. Never used them and never will. I've had similar issues with their drivers on the same road. Wouldn't be surprised if it was the same driver. Flicked me off but didn't have the balls to try with me what he did with the other guy. Rude and apparently ignorant company. With so many other competitors, go elsewhere!!!

Not cool to hire rude employees. What kind of company hires someone who drives recklessly and shouts obscenities? Not a respectable company, that's for sure. I wouldn't trust this company with my worst enemies car, let alone trust this driver on the streets REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY. Here's hoping they're smart enough to require that employee to APOLOGIZE to the person they cut off/yelled at/flipped the bird at before this blows up all over the Internet and this company goes out of business. Wish I could give a 0 star. This piece of trash started towing my car WHILE I WAS STANDING NEXT TO THE CAR. I was trying to load some items into my car and he tried to quickly back in his truck and take my car while I was carrying things... in spite of me telling him I would move the car. Then he held my car there until I could go get cash for him to put it back down.
There aren't enough four letter words in the English language for me to convey what a low life this guy was. I hope he - and his scummy company - get what's coming to them from the BBB.
