Jay came to our house and we talked about what to do with our front yard project. We had the designs and plans ready for him. We even knew what material we want to be used. All Jay had to do was to give us an estimate.
He seemed interested in our project and took the drawings and promised to contact us in 2 days with his bid. After 4 days I called him and asked where is his estimate, he said by the end of the day he'll email it to us. This was 3 weeks ago. We didn't wait for him and contacted another landscape contractor and he'll start the job in May.
