I caution anyone selling a home to not sell with the Sun City Sisters. The come in demand you make all of these changes, if you so "no" they threaten to quit. And theses so called "Free staging" what they don't tell you is that if they do not want to use your furniture the Sun City Sisters will charge you to remove your furniture from your house. Then ask "If you do not want it we will take it off your hands." So your furniture is not good enough for your house but it is for someone else. We found Sharon at open house and are we glad. Straightforward purchase got extremely complex (multiple houses, reluctant renters, multiple inspections, contract issues, cost negotiations, temporary housing,... get the idea?) We had a wonderful experience with Lynda Dumas. She represented us as the buyers and her sister, Sharon, represented the sellers.
