I contacted this company about doing a possible repair for my employer and the lady that answered the phone was 100% unprofessional and rude. She quoted their prices like it’s unaffordable for anyone. Even after reminding her that this was for a place of business nothing personal she still continued to be very condescending. Another company actually recommended this company but just by that phone call, I will never recommend anyone or even ask for service with this company. Professionalism should be a priority despite how the employees may feel. What a shame!

Came to General Sign with an urgent (three day) requirement to remove two large signs from Gander Mountain, which were purchased during their closing sale, and deliver them to a storage warehouse.
