Marin L. Kokin is a California licensed acupuncturist, nutritionist and herbalist, and a National Diplomate in acupuncture and Chinese herbology, board-certified through the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Ms. Kokin is also certified through the American Acupuncture Academy in Acupuncture Orthopedics, and a National Diplomate in Acupuncture Orthopedics.

We offer several types of bodywork as a compliment or alternative to the healing energies of acupuncture. Our licensed massage therapists use their knowledge of the energetic meridians used in Chinese medicine along with different massage techniques to help bring relief to those who have pain or disharmony.
Chinese nutrition acts to maintain your body's balance, which can be easily disrupted with all the toxins we come into contact with every day. Every person is different. Even people with the same medical condition can have different yin/yang deficiencies. Our one-to-one counseling helps find the root cause of your symptoms and teaches you the proper foods, spices, and even cooking techniques necessary to bring your body back into harmony.

I have been going to Kokin Healing Center for over 7 years now for various injury rehabilitation and the only thing I can say is that it is fantastic. OK, that's not the only thing--the staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are always caring and willing to work with surprises in scheduling. AND...they are fantastic. There just aren't enough positive adjectives to describe them, so I may just have to switch to another language or stop and hit POST now...

I feel so fortunate to be a patient of Marin Kokin and her entire team of massage therapists. I give them all a 10 PLUS!! Three years ago I had very difficult feet reconstruction. Marin and the team helped my pain and recovery more than I can tell you. I highly recommend Marin. She has two locations which works great for me. The office is calm, loving and listens

A treatment at the Kokin Healing Center is just that, a treat for my health! I started having acupuncture for lower back pain and continued once that was relieved because I sleep great and feel great with it incorporated into my life. Marin Kokin and her entire staff are wonderful at listening to me as a patient and taking care of me. They are also very on time with appointments too so it is easy to fit in a visit on a busy day.

Marin is AMAZING!! I was terrified of acupuncture, since I have lots of pain due to Fibromyalgia, and I am very overweight. I thought nothing could help, and then I went to Marin. After the first appointment I felt a difference, and after a month I am now a different person! I am in less pain, take less medication, move more freely, and can now exercise. Best of all, Marin is warm, comforting, and a wonderful partner in helping me get healthier and stronger. Believe me, if I can do it, anyone can, and Marin is the best person to go to. I'm so glad I found her!

On recommendation from some friends, I'd been meaning to try a massage at the Kokin Healing Center for a while. I finally made it earlier this week; what was I waiting for!? The atmosphere was perfectly relaxing, private and welcoming. Monica asked me about myself and any concerns I had before she got started and she deftly used what she gleaned from our conversation to tailor my massage to my needs. Kokin Healing Center is the best. Marin and her staff of massage therapists and acupuncturists are the most skilled and professional I've ever seen. They also have expertise in acupuncture for fertility issues. I have had various types of massages from acupressure from Stephie to a more therapy-based massage. Each time I go there, I feel refreshed and healthier. They also have a great selection of herbal teas, supplements & vitamins for all your healthy needs. I have recommended this place to a number of people, as it was recommended to me...and everyone is always happy!
