I saw Dr. Hunt as a child when he was on Harper in St. Clair Shores and I remember he was always so kind and was always reassuring. He is definitely the dentist you want your children to see especially if they have a fear of going to the dentist.
As an adult now I was looking for a dentist, but was hesitant as I have seen a couple dentist in my adulthood that caused me a lot of pain. I mistakenly thought Dr. Hunt only was a pediatric dentist, but decided to look him up to see if he could recommend me to a good dentist to calm my fears, and to my surprise, I saw he also treats adults.

Dr. Hunt was recommended to me by a family member. He is gentle and kind, his office staff is professional. That said, I am giving him a 2 star review because of shoddy work and shady ways with insurance companies and patients. I was quoted a price of $800 for a root canal, core and crown on one of my teeth, when the procedure was finished he then informed me that I owed him another $800! I was floored! He proceeded to tell me that I had misunderstood him, that the root canal was $800 and the crown was an additional $800. Needless to say, I did not pay for the remaining balance and within a year

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hunt and his team! They are always so friendly and personable and enjoy talking about more than just business. Dr. Hunt is efficient and never keeps you waiting long. I have been going to him for years and although I have moved out of St. Clair Shores, I still make the trip just to see him!

For nearly 20 years Dr. Hunt and his wonderful staff have taken excellent care of my family's dental health. Always completely professional, meticulous and efficient, I always feel that all the best and most current treatment options have been presented before any decisions are made. Dr. Hunt has a great chair-side manner, and one feels quickly at ease; pain management and patient comfort are top priorities. And if you have little ones, especially first- timers, Dr. Hunt is great with kids. The office is calm, quiet, efficient and welcoming. Overall, a first rate Dr. and practice, highly recommended

As a patient of Dr. Hunt I decided to share my extreme pleasure with the professional and courteous experience I have as a patient. His chair-side manners are extremely comforting, his work is meticulous, he and his staff have a great attitude focused on quality patient care. My kids are patients as are my elderly parents and never do I hear criticism regarding the care provided. He is prompt yet ensures no one feels like he is running an assembly line. Dental care can be a horrifying experience, but with Dr. Hunt's patient focus it isn't nearly as bad as it might be. I cannot express my delight
