Channel Letters are individual letter-shaped units that can be mounted onto a building or raceway. Not a happy customer and would not recommend this company. We purchased an LED sign for our professional medical office on 1/18/19. MULTIPLE PROBLEMS along the way.
1. I was told the process would take 2-3 months. We are just now lighting the sign up, almost 6 months later. Communication was basically non-existent, and I had to keep reaching out to them for timeline updates.
2. Communication for the electricians was very poor as to what, when and where anything was expected. Very little help from the company to expedite the work of the electricians. I had to push the issue on this, and ask multiple

Sam from Meyer Sign was AMAZING to work with! Excellent communication and our sign turned out so beautiful. Exactly what we wanted and he was very gracious when we made changes along the way with the design and color of our sign. Great job. I had a vision of a sign that was not typical. I tried to work with many company's that would not listen to me, the ones that kinda did gave me a very high quote. I finally met Sam Aiello from Meyer Sign Company. He was very responsive to my requests, always on time for appointment. After a couple of meeting he came back with a design that fit my vision. He worked with the general contractor and installed the sign faster than expected at price that was well below the other companies quotes. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
