As our family grows we forget all the little details, the little fingers and toes, the way they squish their little faces when they get excited. I love being able to capture those moments and freeze them in time. Our children are small for such a short time and my goal is to give you images that will make you smile forever.
This session is done between 5-14 days of age. The session includes 10 images. If parents would like to be included please bring a long sleeve top. We suggest something simple and for both parents to wear either the same color or colors that compliment each other. Long sleeves are usually most flattering.

We did a newborn session with Antonette and she was absolutely amazing! Our baby girl is 2 weeks and we are so happy we decided to do newborn photos. Antonette had picked the cutest sets and outfits for our baby girl and even included an outfit we brought with us. Antonette is incredibly warm and inviting and was so gentle and easy going with the baby. We can’t wait to book more sessions!

I brought my 2 week old for a model call newborn session with Antonette and I can not recommend her enough. She was warm and welcoming as soon as we walked in and I left there feeling like I met a new friend. Her studio is beautiful and her options for outfits and props is outstanding! But besides all of those things her final pictures are absolutely stunning. I 100% give 5 stars and recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer

We love Antonette and the work she does! Not only is she awesome behind the camera, but she is incredibly personable and welcoming. My daughter is usually shy and instantly warmed up to Antonette and her… studio. We have not been let down- from an alert newborn to an active 10 month old, Antonette is creative when capturing her beautiful photos. Thank you for these amazing memories I will cherish forever! I can not say enough about our experience with Antonette Smith Photography! From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and at ease. Where do I begin. Antonette is amazing. She’s so kind, gentle, personable & understanding. The love she has for what she does truly shows. I have never been one to get professional pictures done but I’m so incredibly happy I chose her to do my photos. She even went out of her way to help me choose shirts for my older boys because I didn’t know what would work best. I can’t thank her enough for all that she has done for me & I absolutely can not wait to see the photos she’s captured of my family. We will be back !

We did a maternity shoot and I could not get a babysitter for my crabby, teething two year old. And now I have the most amazing pictures of us as well as ones that make me feel amazing, despite being heavily pregnant. So happy Antonette was prepared to get my child to warm up to her and make me feel great too.

If I could give 100 stars I would! I had a maternity photoshoot in Newport RI and it was WONDERFUL!! Not only did I feel completely comfortable but I am still in awe over how she captured my pregnancy and made me look and feel like a Queen!! Highly highly recommend! You won’t regret it she is so talented!

Our newborn session with Antonette was wonderful. She was so gentle and flexible with our little one who would not fall asleep for us. The studio was cute, well set up and warm which did help the baby to fall asleep finally halfway through! Antonette was personable and friendly through our time with her. She told us what was happening but kept most of the shoot behind a screen in order to surprise us with the photos. I can’t wait to see what she was able to capture with our alert little girl!!
