The secret to a perfect wedding is fantastic food and drink, therefore my fiancé (now wife) and I spent a lot of time finding the right caterer to work with. Post-wedding, we have 0 regrets. The people at Cut and Taste are simply wonderful. They worked with us to curate an amazing food selection that was diverse while also honoring family traditions and culture. Looking for a caterer seems like it should be rote - pick a budget, then just go with whatever works. It's not so easy if you're a foodie, like myself and my husband.
For us, the food was a major element to our wedding. We wanted people to enjoy the experience of it, and so we planned multiple courses that would be able to cater to all the allergies and dietary needs of our guests. Additionally, we wanted to mix traditional "plated" menus with a modern twist. For that, we couldn't just pick any caterer. We had to go with the most versatile, innovative one out there.

We just had the pleasure of having Cut and Taste cater our wedding. Jeremy and Alex have an amazing team and were on it from the start. From the tasting to the actual wedding, they took our ideas and made them edible, making sure everything on the plate was exactly what we wanted with their own special twist. We were blown away by how personalized everything felt. The appetizers, the entrees, and the desserts. All of them were better than we could have imagined. We couldn't be happier that we chose Cut and Taste to cater our wedding at The Smith Center this winter. My husband and I are both in the hospitality industry so the most important vendor for us to choose was our caterer. From start to finish Jeremy and Alex were so helpful and easy to communicate with. They always answered e-mails or questions in a timely manner. I've had a few chances to get to try cut and taste. They are by far my favorite with catering. Their food is so good that it makes me want to follow the servers with hors d'oeuvres just to steal them as come out ! Ive been able to sit in on private dinners with about 5 different courses which exceeded my expectations. They always bring out the coolest food that has a modern twist but can be a classic as well. I can't wait to use them in the future for any events I host!

My company was an exhibitor at World Market Center and utilized Cut and Taste this winter as we've done with many other Markets. Once again, they did not disappoint. The staff is extremely wonderful, great appearance, and always looking to help. The food is creative and high quality with lots of options. Forming our menu was a different process this year, and Jeremy was very accommodating in helping us find the perfect fit.

Cut & Taste came recommended as the preferred caterer by our wedding venue. I had a very specific vision for what I wanted because I LOVE good food, and the ability to create a customizable menu was make or break for my decision making. Jeremy worked with us to create a very custom menu- Asian inspired appetizers for cocktail hour and a Dominican inspired buffet for dinner to represent me and my husband's respective cultures. We were vendors at the Pet Expo at the World Market Center (Pavilion 2). During our set up, they walked around with menus AND they offered delivery to Vendors during the event. I've done dozens of Vendor Events and have NEVER had a caterer offer to do delivery during it. (we didn't take them up on their offer, we had two people in our booth and weren't that busy - so decided we'd be polite and save that service for a more needy booth)
We did partake in their brats, though. And they were TERRIFIC. I can't remember what my hubby got, but I got the Chicken with goat cheese

Cut & Taste provided the food for my Dad's 60th Birthday Party and let me tell you, it was an absolute hit! We decided on bratwurst, mac & cheese, sliders and the famous pretzel station! Everyone was RAVING about the food and the service. Alex & Jeremy are so kind, accommodating and professional. Cut and Taste is phenomenal. They catered our wedding and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We weren't even sure what kind of food we wanted, but Jeremy from C+T worked with us and constructed a menu that was impressive, delicious, and upscale. After the wedding, I had multiple guests tell me it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. EVER. Also, the servers at the event were friendly, and attentive, and informative. Truly impressive, I can't recommend them enough.

There aren't enough good things to say about the team at Cut and Taste. We hosted a summer dinner party and all of the guests raved about how good the food and the service was. Jeremy and the guys created the menu for us and everything was so so good. The service was beyond expectations, all of our guests felt pampered. This is the second event Cut and Taste has done for us and people are still talking about the food at our first party 2 years ago. Highly recommend Jeremy, Adam, Alex and the whole team.

First Class! Cut and Taste catered our company's ribbon cutting ceremony this week and they were phenomenal. Alex, Adam, and Jeremy were extremely professional and took full initiative to make sure everything was perfect. It was effortless on our end; they came prepared with a vision and a plan to assure we could relax. The presentation of the food was aesthetically appealing, as well as tasty!! We recently had their box lunches delivered to the parlor for our staff and let me tell you it was absolutely delish and fresh!! I ordered the tandoori chicken pita wrap and not one bite was disappointing! It had golden raisins, toasted almonds chicken onions and mixed greens I'm pretty picky and I could have eaten this all day! The box lunch included pita triangles fresh hummus (found it to be on the sweeter side but really enjoyed it) veggie sticks and one of the best cookies I've ever had super soft and a good mix of chocolate chunks and I want to say toffee? Cut & Taste caters lunches at World Market Center and a number of other downtown Las Vegas businesses. The owners - Jeremy, Adam, and Alex - have saved us on many occasions by providing excellent, healthy, and fresh food to last minute gatherings/meetings. They are very easy to work with and provide creative ideas for menu items. They take boring food and give it a modern twist, make it fun. At our most recent meeting, the BLT (with jalapeno bacon) and the Cajun shrimp lettuce wraps received raving reviews.
