Online classes and workshops are open to all ages and abilities and are accessible from anywhere in the U.S. Check our schedule for in-studio classes. Our therapeutic counseling practice is comprised of a group of highly experienced licensed counselors and Graduate Level Clinicians. We integrate Eastern and Western philosophies, as well as a range of traditional counseling and wellness therapies unique to each individual.

If registering for a child or someone other than yourself; you will receive the confirmation (and Zoom link if applicable) PREFERABLY register creating a profile with that individual's name and an email address. Help build body awareness, as a result, it helps to improve daily functions, through different approaches. Experience a variety of teachers and meditation techniques to help clear the mind's chatter and relax your body.
Yoga has many health benefits, including reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, improving memory loss, imbalance, improving sleep, increasing flexibility, reducing symptoms of menopause, losing weight, lowering blood pressure, reducing the pain of arthritis and back pain, building lean muscle and strength of bones.
Yoga practices include posture and other body movements, breathing, cleansing the body-mind, visualizations and many forms of meditation. At it's most practical level yoga is a process of becoming more aware of who we are. Restorative Yoga is a calm style of yoga which releases tension and stress through supportive physical postures, conscious awareness of breath (pranayamas) and meditation to promote a feeling of balance and renewal.
Join Katie for a mindfulness and gentle movement class that will help you slow down, get centered, and discover nervous system regulation tools to help find more ease. Class starts with time for grounding and centering, then time for gentle yoga and movement to help you connect with your body and deepen the sense of grounding.

If you are looking for a SUPERB yoga studio with INCREDIBLE teachers (Cindy is the best I have ever had), I strongly recommend Airmid. The intro offer is unbeatable and the first class is always free. I signed up @ $30 for 30 days and attended 10 classes during the trial period, each and every one of them absolutely incredible (and just $3.33 each). I have re-upped at $12.50 a class and look forward to my Saturday morning class every week. The center also provides massage, acupuncture, and meditation services.

For the past month I have been sampling a variety of yoga classes at Airmed. I highly recommend them all. Each class adds something special. For example, Cindy's Gentle Yoga class adds in meditation. Andie's Gentle Yoga incorporates Reiki. I feel so relaxed leaving that class and have the best night's sleep. Patti's Chair Yoga class has been… very restorative for me. I have a lot of arthritis and tight muscles. This class has helped me improve my mobility. All the instructors have helped me adapt to the exercise. The only yoga class I have yet to try is Restorative Yoga because of scheduling

The counselors at this wellness center are top notch! I always feel understood and supported when in therapy sessions. It’s no wonder I chose this place to teach “Mindfulness and Movement” and “TRE” classes...I want to be a part of the peaceful energy here. It’s quite a remarkable community space for Safety, healing, and integration. From therapy to coaching, acupuncture to yoga, this place has something for everyone’s needs. Come find out for yourself!

So here's the question, you'll see on their website.............................. Are you thinking about yoga classes? My answer would of been, nah? But a friend of mine brought me here a couple of months ago… for the first time, and I was hooked right away. I had never practiced yoga before, and now I wonder why I didn't do it 20 years ago. It is my new addiction!!!! Lol. Cindy Miller was our instructor for my first lesson, and she was so personable, caring and OMG the poses she made us do. The yoga room is very peaceful, calming and comfortable! I would highly recommend Airmid Wellness
