The staff is friendly but my issue is with the retainers. The place is closed half the week and when you finally get an apt it’s scheduled days after you call. And when you get your mold it takes a week for them to make it and your teeth may have moved by then. And it costs 150 for melted plastic…. Such a rip off.

Dr. Suter and his staff were amazing during my 28-month-long orthodontic journey. I was nervous to get braces in my late 20s but they always made me feel comfortable and welcome in their office. Karen and Beth are wonderful and got to know me as a person. I'm happy I found this team and I'm very pleased with my results!

Dr. Suter and his team are professional, friendly, and amazing! I was looking for a non-surgical option to fix my bite with braces, and they have far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Suter and his assistants have always been excellent at answering any questions or concerns, as well as letting me know what to expect throughout my orthodontic treatment. I am getting my braces off next week, and I could not be happier with the results!

I have not even had the appointment but I love them already. The were super helpful and extremely nice. I have been try to find a ortho in network for my son for a few weeks now and I just keep being told I'll check and call you back. Laura D didn't even put me on hold and knew everything I asked without hesitation!! Can wait for the appointment!

I love this office! From the moment you walk through the door this office is a 10. They bother to get to know you as a person and remember the littlest of details about you and your world which makes the experience almost like dealing with family. I'm 38 and started braces way late with some complications from an impacted tooth I'm so happy with my progress so far and can't wait to see the outcome. Dr. Suter, Beth, and Karen are the best. Having dealt with other other orthodontic offices with my children hands down this one is without question the best!

We absolutely love Suter Orthodontics. We’ve put both of our children through braces with them and have had zero complaints. Dr Suter is so gentle with their mouths and answers all questions immediately and honestly. His staff is wonderful as well. They remember conversations they’ve had with the girls from 6 weeks prior and pick up right where they left off. It’s definitely a family like atmosphere there. Even the billing process has been flawless. Thank you Dr Suter and ALL staff :)

We had a different orthodontist for our older three children, who did great work as well, but offered so many bells and whistles that I could not help wondering if we were over paying for unnecessary hype. I asked around and was directed toward Suter Orthodontics. Dr. Suter and his staff have made the process more efficient and affordable for our last four kids. I know we will never have to wait long before an appointment, the kids will receive excellent care, and I am getting the best deal I can with our hard earned family budget.
