THEY LITERALLY LEFT MY GRANDFATHER STRANDED! DON’T USE THIS TOWING COMPANY! I called and gave them all the info, telling me that it would be a 35 min wait. I assumed everything would be taken care of from there on out regarding the towing truck getting there, an hour and half later and my grandpa calls me saying no ever got there. What the heck is that all about? These guys are garbage at what they do, and not to mention I called them about 15 times, not including the other times my family has called them too, and no one picked up. Turn away from these guys.

Great experience fr the start. Dispatch guy quoted me a decent price on 12.24.20. Ten mins later, Rami the driver contacted me to confirm time & location. He was already there when I arrived. He hooked my car up & secured it to his flatbed tow truck, towed my car over 26 miles, & delv'd it in less than an hr. The price was same I was quoted & it actually wasn't a bad experience. Called for a tow truck. Told dispatcher my location and where I wanted to go. He gave me a price over the phone. About 5 minutes later I got a call from the driver, Omar. He said he would get to me in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later Omar pulled in. He winched my F250 onto his flat bed and drove it to the Ford dealership. Unloaded the truck in the service area. I gave him what I was quoted over the phone, no muss, no fuss. Omar was very personable and professional. Quick professional service and a fair price.
