This package is for the self-sufficient client that wants to do most of the planning themselves, but doesn't want to be rushing around the day of the event making sure all is going to plan. This package ensures that you will be able to enjoy your event and spend the time with your guests by entrusting logistical management and set up to us with day- of coordination.
This package is created for the client that has thought long and hard about their desires for the their event. You have an overall feeling and theme in place, you have some vendors contracted but you just would like some help pulling it all together. You may you need help in bringing in more creative ideas and vendors, or taking care of crucial elements of the planning.
With this package your wish is our command! It is customized for the client that would like their coordinator by their side during the entire planning process. This top tier package starts 12-18 months from the event date which allows the client to sit back and enjoy this momentous occasion and know that every "i" will be dotted and every "t" will be crossed.
