If I could have selected ZERO stars I would have. I had heard good things about this place, but I am very displeased. They did not vacuum any of the dust that was left on the floor after sanding, and there was a lot, they said that the staining process would pick it up and that is how they always do it. So, after they varnished it there are rough spots due to dust build up, also fibers from the sanding process, it looks F????ing terrible.
I asked for Carl to come out and look at it and was told "he won't do that".
I filed a BBB report, I have had no response from this business.
