Went in to have my brakes "Checked". Ended up with 2 new rotos, 2 rotors turned, all 4 brake pads replaced, and never received a call for permission. I would understand if they actually needed to be replaced, but I just had the rear brakes done 10,000 miles before. Of course that was under the former owners Mike and Linda. I will not go back, even for an inspection.

Critical: Professionalism
I'm new to Missouri and needed to get an inspection for new plates. The lady at the front was so incredibly rude and unhelpful! This is the first negative interaction I've had since moving to this beautiful state. Congrats nasty human, I'll be looking for another mechanic to take my vehicles to in the future.

Waited 30 minutes for somebody to come back to sporting goods called 3 times. Finally someone showed up. Then they cannot sell me the firearm I wanted they had to wait for someone else. Finally got it done probably took 45 minutes or so that is ridiculous sam walton is furious. I know because I new sam.

Not happy at all. Bob is a nice guy, seems honest and straight forward.
I took my truck to him to fix a ghost electrical issue, eight weeks later he finally said he couldn't fix it. Someone else picked it up for me, the bill was $450 and all he did was change some parts not related to the problem.
After getting it home I got it running and realized they had left a filter out of the transmission, so I had to spend about $50 and an hour of my time to replace it.
