Owner Ron, is an engineer, from the 1950's there is no innovation in this company Ron the owner, has no vision he is stuck in the 1950. steals big orders from sales staff so he does not have to pay commission to sales staff.
treats employees like dirt, he is self center, egoistic,
product he sells for a lot of money, can be found on amazon for 70% less of what he charges for antiquated product. horrible company to do business with them. and most definitely would NOT work for this company.

Pros – The building is nice, that's about it.
Cons – Ownership competes with sales staff, ownership has no regard for customers, egotistical ownership keeps projects, and sales staff down. Berating ownership.
Owner/Head Engineer steals accounts or projects from sales staff. They do not provide any type of benefits for their employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Dont think any advice will help the owner of this company, he is stuck in his way and unfortunately keeps the company and his employees down.
