Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a form of soft tissue treatment that has been used for centuries, which is mostly known as the successor to Gua Sha, as it has been practiced in China since many centuries ago. It is a soft tissue technique that enables the therapist to detect and treat myofascial restrictions to improve range of motion (ROM) and decrease pain in the affected area.

I scheduled 2 appts for a mobile treatment back to back at my apartment, starting at 945. The therapist came at 930 when i was not back home yet and being that i have a dog, i advised that he would need to wait until i was home which was At 938 am.

I felt a genuine approach from the provider to inquire about my symptoms and offer a safe space to discuss my concerns. She offered various suggestions for ongoing treatment. The office staff were friendly and respectful. My teenage daughter was also seen (she is terrified of needles) and she had an amazing experience.

I brought my 4 year old daughter here when she woke up screaming in pain one morning with her neck bent really far to one side. She couldn't move it. Acupuncture Centers of South Florida shines with their excellent patient and health care. Every time I come, I feel as if I were their only patient; they treat me with sincere love and take all the time they need to dig deep into my symptoms to render a most accurate diagnose. I came in with a shoulder pain that had started to incapacitate me and which no other doctor had been able to alleviate (I had seen a few). I love this place! If your body needs some TLC, you need to come here. I travel for work and my neck, shoulder and back were very stiff for months. I had very limited mobility and was in pain. After 8 treatments, my body feels so much better and my mobility has improved immensely. I love that everything you need is in one place! Can't say enough good things about Veronica, the owner, and Elier, the manual therapist who has seen me throughout my pregnancy. I'm usually not comfortable with male masseuses but after my 1st visit with Elier I was not switching to anyone else. He's gentle and soothing and asks questions to help address all of your issues. Brandon is great for chiropractic therapy and Veronica introduced me to the wonders of cupping! Great team overall.

I've gone for acupuncture, massage therapy and to the chiropractor. Love all three! Everyone on is so nice and helpful. They explain everything so thoroughly. I never knew, I didn't have to live with my back pain until I visited them! After my first visit I just felt so much better overall and it's something I didn't even realize I needed. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace of mind and body.

I have relief from symptoms that I have suffered with my entire life. Truly life changing for me. The team here is spectacular. I was timid to get started because needles hanging out all over my body - didn't think that was my thing. I was dealing with a lot of stress that was taking over my body and this has helped tremendously! If I feel like I'm getting sick, I go, right before my period, I go, stressed, I go. I was with my husband in Miami for work and found this great Acupuncture Center with all these glowing reviews on Yelp (and I found a LivingSocial deal as well for a 1-hour session). To say I was skeptical about Accupuncture is an understatement. A whole bunch of needles without any Botox -- hmm. I had a previous session at another center and was not impressed. What drew me to ACSF was stretching. An old hamstring injury was giving me lots of pain and I wanted to try something new. Veronica is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny. She has great hands too. During my acupuncture session I barely felt the needles she put in my body. She put me to sleep! I woke up more than 60 minutes later feeling relaxed and stress free.
